2025 Ohio United Way ALICE Policy Summit
Working families are the backbone of Ohio, but as revealed in the Ohio United Way ALICE Report, too many struggle to afford the basics.
On Tuesday, October 14, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM United Ways across Ohio are hosting the 2025 ALICE Policy Summit at the Ohio Statehouse Atrium.
Legislators, nonprofits, business leaders, and community leaders are invited to join us in building solutions that strengthen households, employers, and communities. Free to attend, with lunch provided.
2025 Pay Equity Learning Series
The 2025 Pay Equity Learning Series is designed for employers interested in achieving pay equity within their organizations.
During this three-day workshop, HR professionals and executives will gain expert insights, best practices, and a customized action plan for achieving pay equity within the workplace. There is no cost for this three-day workshop!

The Occupational Mobility Explorer
Last month, the Ohio Workforce Coalition hosted a webinar featuring Kyle Fee of the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland discussing the interactive Occupational Mobility Explorer. The OME allows employees and practitioners to map a career path using skill-building as rungs on a career ladder.
The OME includes nearly 600 job titles across more than 500 locations in the U.S. Use it to compare skills, pay, education requirements, and growth rates across jobs and careers.
